Community we dreamers

The WE Dream Fund seeks to create a community of young girls who support each other.

Our goal is to cultivate a supportive WE Dream community of scholars and their families that grow over the years, fostering mutual support throughout their life journeys. This past September, our inaugural group of four WE Dream scholars embarked on their academic journey, and we are excited to welcome more talented young women to join them in the future.

Wyc and Emilia

“Wyc and I are passionate about giving back in a way that truly makes an impact on individuals. The WE Dream scholarship program was created because we believe that an education is the key to a better future and can really change the trajectory of someone’s life. The WE Dream Scholarship is for girls from Calabria, and we want to inspire these girls to dream big and help put them on a path where their dreams can become a reality.

We chose to launch the project in Calabria to celebrate my family’s origins and give something back to the land where my parents were born and raised.

This is our first year of the program and our hope is that this year’s girls will become mentors for the next years scholars and over time a community of young girls, who support each other is created. We want the girls to know that if they work hard and get good grades their dream is possible and there is a way.”
