The WE Dream Fund provides scolarships to talented and motivated girls from Calabria.
WE Dream awarded four scholarships for the 2024/2025 academic year.
The WE Dream scholarship covers the costs of tuition and housing.
In addition to coverage of tuition and housing, the “WE Dream girls” will benefit from mentoring sessions and other opportunities to engage with high-achieving professionals and practitioners.

WE Dream scholarships are currently dedicated to girls from the Calabria Region.
Scholarships are awarded on the basis of economic need, motivation and disposition, once the candidate has been granted admission to the university.
Our goal is to grant six scholarships for the academic year 2025/2026.

The WE Dream Fund seeks to create a community of young girls who support each other.
Our goal is to have the WE dream community of scholars and their families grow over the years and continue to support one another in their life’s journey. Our first four WE Dream girls kicked off the academic journey this past September and we are excited to have them joined by more talented young women in the future.

“Wyc and I are passionate about giving back in a way that truly makes an impact on individuals. The WE Dream scholarship program was created because we believe that an education is the key to a better future and can really change the trajectory of someone’s life. The WE Dream Scholarship is for girls from Calabria, and we want to inspire these girls to dream big and help put them on a path where their dreams can become a reality.
We chose to launch the project in Calabria to celebrate my family’s origins and give something back to the land where my parents were born and raised.
This is our first year of the program and our hope is that this year’s girls will become mentors for the next years scholars and over time a community of young girls, who support each other is created. We want the girls to know that if they work hard and get good grades their dream is possible and there is a way.”

WE Dream at Xavier High School is an endowed scholarship that supports intelligent and motivated young men of diverse backgrounds and means.
Xavier High School is a Catholic, Jesuit, college preparatory school for young men in New York City. For further information, please contact Maggie Murphy Stockson, Vice President for Planning and Principal Giving at Xavier High School.
The WE Dream Scholarship covers annual tuition for each recipient and it is currently supporting one freshman student for the academic year 2024/2025.
The scholarship will add one more student each year until it reaches a full cohort of four students in the academic year 2027-2028 and then it will support four students every year thereafter.
The WE Dream Fund is a DAF under the aegis of Fondo Filantropico Italiano and it currently supports exclusively programs in Italy. Scholarships at Xavier High School are issued by the GGF-Giving Grousbeck Fazzalari Foundation US.
